Feature idea: hooks for running code locally on brick install

Some datasets require user interaction because they can not be distributed directly through Biobricks due to licensing or by request

• KEGG: requires a license
• MSigDB: license is Creative Commons, but requires a password to download (needed for tracking usage for funding)

Perhaps a hook approach can be used to run the pipeline with a given user input / .env file setup.
