Bug description

using alt-tab navigating to dump screen triggers to open Herd menu in top bar

Steps to reproduce

alt-tab from browser to dump window of Herd. Menu in top bar is opening (since new functionality is implented)

Yeah, I also ran into some weird quirks due to this feature.
The main idea was that we have an easy way to find the menubar icon by opening it when you "re-open" Herd while its already running.

I think a better idea would be to implement something similar to cleanshot, where we just show a little "notification" next to the menubar.
