On one site, I get the following error during herd share:

Memory limit is set to -1, which php tells me that PHP of Herd is used. Expose token is configured.

Try this repo: https://github.com/gutacht/statamic
It is the first "real" site I am using with Herd and it is the only one that has issues. The other sites were smaller demos.

Hm this seems to be an issue in Expose. What happens when you run expose share http://your-site.test directly instead?
