Model File is Missing

We have tried to clone and run this repo, But couldn't find any Model ID or Model Files, there only one line description about how to pull zipped model.
So, we have Tried to utilize Llama-3.2-11B-Vision and llama-3-8B from Hugging face, but it through error suggesting that configuration is incompatible,
Can you provide us the model files or links
