Since tslint will be deprecated, we will prepare for a migration.

I assume we will provide a new repository, since the current name is indicating tslint.

basic setup applied to a reasonable project (see https://github.com/typescript-eslint/typescript-eslint),
including report of active and available rules (using https://github.com/wagerfield/eslint-index ?)
similar rule coverage but for eslint (https://github.com/dustinspecker/awesome-eslint)
migrate no-absolute-import-to-won-parent rule
