Hey @benmarwick ,

Just took a quick look at your build failing, and packrat (or CRAN?) seems to be doing some weird stuff. Your packrat log file claims that gplots v3.0.1 does not depend on KernSmooth: https://github.com/benmarwick/mjbtramp/blob/master/packrat/packrat.lock#L331

but CRAN claims otherwise: https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/gplots/index.html
