I have the same issue, is there any news on a fix or solution?
My setup:
Typo3 13.4.2
php 8.3.12
MySQL 10.4.34-MariaDB
The latest pre configured distribution (bootstrap_package 15.0.0, introduction 4.7.0)
Thanks

13.4.2
php 8.2.26
MariaDB

Created a site package with bootstrap and I get the error while activating the bootstrap package.
