Network and HDD information/options

Dear bytecoin dev,

Since last update on the Wallet i had to resync the database again and I notice in this process that my pc really get stuck. All my applications stop function and it overloads my pc.

I wonder if its possible to add more information about how much upload/download speeds the wallet is using? Also shows how much it read/writes to the HDD when it sync?
Extra feature that there are options to limits these speeds.
