Update hi-fi CONSEP testing screens based on feedback from V

Describe the task
Update the CONSEP testing activity high-fidelity screens in Figma per user V's feedback based on our business rules meeting on December 18th 2024.

Acceptance Criteria

• Move test result to the right side of the activity summary header
• Increase default replicates on-screen to 8
• "Calculate average" should be the primary button on the left.
• The "Complete test" button should be to the left of the "Accept test" button
• Remove "Colour" column
• Create confirmation modal for the "Clear data" button
• Update moisture content status category field default to "Quality assurance"
