Update scripts when metadata source changes from WELLS -> GWELLS #6

The source (open) data object for Ground Water Wells information will change when GWELLS is officially online in 2019-20, replacing the current WELLS database. The 01_clean.R script will need updating, and the analysis will need an alternate source for AQUIFER_LITHOLOGY_CODE or to be redesigned to no longer depend on this attribute.

Source for gwells attribute data: https://s3.ca-central-1.amazonaws.com/gwells-export/gwells.zip, which is currently being used for aquifer_id but should replace the WELLS object entirely. Alternatively we can use the API once it is released.
