Compile a list of dependencies for BC Wallet and ACA-Py with the objective of highlighting:

critical dependencies requiring maintainers and/or strategies to mitigate the risk of them becoming outdated
dependencies shared across both BC Wallet and ACA-Py (i.e.: indy-vdr)
