Issues when clients are connected when server is rebooted

If a receiver is connected when the server reboots nicknames are not persisted and the receiver may not be watching the same video if a newer one has been pushed. This can cause issues as the timestamp in the video when re-synced may not exist in the other video. The video needs to be re-pushed after server reload and client needs to be prompted for nickname again.

This could be solved by force refreshing the receiver page on client reload.
