Description

ATM Ballerina Codegen Phase,Strands ( Ballerina Virtual threads) and Scheduler are implemented to support asynchronous execution based on Duff's Device. This implementation has identified performance reductions specially with loops.

We can use more simpler approach for implement asynchronous execution using Java 21 Virtual Threads.
