It is often useful to get an idea of how pure DNA sequences of samples are before you use them in a study (i.e. how much of the DNA sequence you are looking at exclusively corresponds to the species it is labelled as). There are many DNA sequences out there but no other websites indicate species purity as far as I am aware. I have now incorporated a tool to estimate the purity within the BacQuerya-processing pipeline. Once this information is indexed, it would be very useful to have some way of visualising the species makeup from within the sample overview page (src/components/displayPages/isolateDisplay.js). A bar chart would probably be easiest but any other way you think is useful would be acceptable too.
