Bug: Announce is always per level, not per bracket set within table #31

Current Behaviour

Announce config toggle seems to be on a per level basis only and not how it was previously where only the level brackets set would announce (10,20,30 etc).

Expected Behaviour

Announce per bracket set in table when toggled on.

Steps to reproduce the problem

Enable announce on level and GM level to 9, 10, 11 etc - only 10 would announce normally.

From what I see, is it not announcing level by level, if not, is it announcing every 10 levels? Does that problem still continue today? If you have more details about this, I appreciate it if you can tell me so I can find a solution. Thank you.

I just received a message when I upgraded to level 2. So if I understood correctly, I shouldn't have received any message. I'm using the default configuration of the module. It doesn't have many options, I think there are only 3. But just in case, check if you have the correct configuration for the results you expect to obtain, or please give me a little more context, so I can understand the problem and see if I can help with the solution.
