Amplify's "monitoring-with-cloudwatch" documentation page uses wrong metric names

Amplify -> Monitoring an application with Amazon CloudWatch mentions metric names 4XXErrors and 5XXErrors, however in reality they are 5xxErrors and 4xxErrors
