[CNAMEAlreadyExistsException] Error in Amplify #3772

Error message:[CNAMEAlreadyExistsException] on Domain Activation

Issue or question

I am triyng to deploy my app with cusrom domain, but when add domain in domain management , system gives this message "Something went wrong. Please refer to our troubleshooting guide below to diagnose the issue. After fixing the issue, choose retry below." and throw an error.
I tried several times fix tihs but any methods not work.
I done every thing true, but I can not solve
How can I solve this problem.

Error message

Error message: [CNAMEAlreadyExistsException] The following CloudFront distributions or Amplify Apps are already using one or more of your domains: [Distribution: *******FMOQ88L in AWS Account: ******171576, Distribution: *******FMOQ88L in AWS Account: ******171576]. For distributions you own, please remove the domains from them first and then retry adding your domain. For Amplify apps you own, you may already have associated this domain to another Amplify App in another account or region.

you may be use same app on amplify on other region

I am having the same issue. And my domain is not hosted on any other region.

I am having the same issue. And my domain is not hosted on any other region.

I have thought that I have not same app on any other region. But support service looked my account and told me same app that used same CNAME on other region.

Unless you have another application using the same CNAME. You can quickly follow the same steps. this may cause an error
