It is not possible to add styles to such extensions as 'Grid builder'. For example, I would like to add the ''gap" style. Thanks

you should do that through css. you shouldn't need to add styles.

Yes, it is possible to write styles for all filament-tiptap-grid-builder in css file. But what to do when I need to style individually? How to identify an element?

Not really a good way to do that at the moment. Sorry. The grid is a pretty simple implementation that needs some work and improvement. Just haven't had time to get around to it.

Also you shouldn't be saving tailwind classes to the db since they can't be read during the build.
