Is there a reason why the tools in the floating menu are limited?

I noticed that in the default-floating-menu file, filters are applied to prevent the inclusion of certain tools. It would be very helpful, in my opinion, to be able to use the blockquote, list element, and so on.

What is the reasoning behind this choice?

You can add more tools to the floating menu via the config file.

to add the blockquote tool to the floating menu, I need to overwrite the blade.

This is because there is no check for "blockquote" in this file of the package:
