GyroHighPass(): slim down

This is currently huge because of all of the tables. See if this can be trimmed down somehow, while retaining the core current functionality.
Check for all possible cutoff frequencies in one case, then cull from there, depending on GyroDataRate()? Returning the current setting may still be tricky, though.
