Some Unit Tests Fail within Intellij on Java 17 #107

When building File Systems within Unit tests on Java 17, a null error is thrown due to differences in Java's FileSystems.newFileSystem.

To replicate error, make sure IntelliJ is using Java 8, and attempt to run the following Unit Tests.

test/java/~/deploymet/dsl/ApiSpecContextTest

required_only will throw the error.
