Maybe also propose feature branches for non-trivial stuff? All those "merging master into other master" commits aren't very readable.

I totally agree with that, but will all members be Ok with creating branch for every feature? Needs to discuss it in terms of this separated issue.

I think, a lot of small commits more fun, but some big features really needs separate branches.
