We now have a very few members and all we speak Russian. And all watchers speak Russian as I can see. So for now all communications except comments in code and commit messages may be in Russian.

But if we will have somebody who doesn't speak Russian, we all will be able to switch to English. And I assume that all objections and requests to switch official languages will be placed here as a comment.
