The excellent document for how to configure a Blazor Web App states we need to create an application in Auth0 by "select Regular Web Applications as an application type."; however this type is not an option on the Auth0 site. I selected a "ASP.NET Core Blazer Server". Not sure that we correct or not. It would help if the Auth0 Create Application page included the new templates for Blazor .NET 8 and .NET 9.
