I'm getting this as well on Windows 10 64-Bit:
2017-04-03 19_26_24-
Interestingly, the program is able to route it's own output but not any other program.

I made an exemption in Windows Defender just in case that was interfering, but no change.

Yes, for me it's the same on win 10 64bit

It works for me (Win10 x64, tested with spotify among others).
Do you use the 0.10.2 version? Or the modded one from that Pr: #53 that has traybar functionality? Because that one seems to have such errors somewhat commonly.

This seems like what would occur if you aren't running as admin. I'm on Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC (https://i.imgur.com/WckSZwV.png) and have no issues with 0.10.2.
