Add Zenodo DOI badge to README after v2.0.0 release #28

v2.0.0 must be released first and someone needs to also do a GitHub Release from the tag. Then Zenodo DOI will be generated for it, and you can add the badge to the README. Use the blanket DOI, not the one specific to release version. I have already set up the webhook.
