Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

It is technically possible to adapt the configuration in a way, that some checker results are not added to the pooled/merged result file. From the perspective from a user, who reads the final report, it looks like the artifact was checked and approved by the official Checker Library. But in reality the result is filtered, and probable issues are not shown.

Describe the solution you'd like

The official ASAM Checker Bundles should contain a standard checker to verify, that all checker issues are included. If not, then a warning issue should be reported. This check is a mandatory run.

Describe alternatives you've considered

This could be implemented in the Checker Libraries. But maybe it is possible to provide this check in the base library. But this need to be evaluated, where to provide this functionality.
