Problem: Not getting latest Mediaarea repo package (Ubuntu) #418

Mediaarea has released a new package for repo-mediaarea (1.0-25) and the existing procedure to pick the latest version is not working.

When this package is updated in system, when running the role it fails with:

TASK [artefactual.archivematica-1.17-src : Install mediaarea.net repo (mediaconch, mediainfo) (Ubuntu >=20.04) (Latest)] ***
fatal: [amaya-am]: FAILED! => {"changed": false, "msg": "A later version is already installed"}

The reason: the system already had 1.0-25 version and AM is trying to install 1.0-24
