There is a new variable in xconfig.h.

xconfig.h:1940:3: error: invalid preprocessing directive #HAS_SOCKADDR_STORAGE
 # HAS_SOCKADDR_STORAGE /**/

Fixed, 5.32.0-RC0 builds for me now.
