armcli - command line interface

Here https://github.com/tong/armcli is a armory cli proof-of-concept implementation which allows to run basic commands like: build, publish, clean, ... by simply executing some python scripts in blender background mode.

The same concept is already used here:

• armory_gh_actions
• armory_examples_browser

So it might be good to put these scripts into a single place used by whatever and define a some kind of shell api for accessing armory from the outside. Places for this could be:

• CLI
• Readline interface for executing commands from the terminal while blender is running
• The live patch system (?)
• ?
