Allow running a playbook from a Collection

Hi,

I'm using your action.playbook GitHub Action but running into an error:

failed to find playbook files

I think the issue is that I would like to run a playbook from a collection, but this module requires the playbook to be a local file:

Would it be possible to add support for running playbooks from Collections too? Thanks!
