While running a linkcheck as part of #1638, I discovered a section that is currently out of date. What led me to this is that the download link at https://archivematica.org/fr/docs/archivematica-1.15/getting-started/other-resources/trac/ returns a 404.

Just to be clear, I am talking about the .tar.gz link, i.e.

After internal discussion, we decided to retire this page starting 1.16. I will open a PR about this
