Summary File for the decentralized optimization

Ex. I would like to have a Summary File for the decentralized optimization, just like we have one for the Demand calculation (Total_Demand.csv)

Describe the end purpose of this feature
So I could have an overview of the tech that was predominant in all buildings.
With many buildings is easy to get lost in the overview and be able to take direct recommendations on what system was at the building scale chosen and why.
