a) new summary sheet for each team of a league to compair players budget of a team with Sum of all player salaries of this team. Would help in all leagues with no official published salary data to balance salaries.

shown just a flat list:
Team Name; Player Budget of Team; Sum(Players Salary of Team); Diff(Player Budget, Sum(Players Salary)
