Error conditions should exist for Sub-Competitions added to ACTIVE parent competitions where the following does not match the parent:

  1. Continent & Nation
  2. Division Level
  3. Reputation
  4. Upper Age Limit
  5. Colours - minor but I like to ensure the synergy is there
