we have three agency, two db server and one coordinator in different server, and then one of agency server is break down and the we use https://www.arangodb.com/docs/devel/administration-starter-recovery.html to recovery the failed agency, when the new agency node up successfully, we find db servers and coordinator print a lot same error like "ERROR [92522] {agencycomm} Cannot find an agency persisted in RAFT 8|"
If it is not recovery successfully?

can you please post all initial commandlines / configurations created by the starter?
