I randomly started having this problem maybe a week or so ago. I have closed and reopened the app several times and nothing has changed-- none of my new stickers are able to be used as well as some not updating to being in the correct sticker pack. I really like the convenience of this app and want to keep using it, but I'm not sure what I've done wrong. Is there a limit on how many packs or something like this that I was unaware of?

Thanks for the report! Unfortunately the error message iOS gives is hopelessly opaque; I'm going to add some better logging to try to identify the specific point where it's failing. In the meantime, could you try a few things?

  1. Remove all sticker files and add them back a few at a time, to identify if there's one bad file in particular causing the issue
  2. Reinstall the app (remember to back up your sticker directory first, if it's your only copy)
  3. If neither help, can you share your directory structure? (ideally the actual files, but if you're not comfortable sharing them, just the file types/names you have would be helpful)
