🐛 Bug Report: Duplicate Databases recommendation in search results instead of Account

👟 Reproduction steps

1. Navigate to the docs.
2. Go to the search box.
3. You will find duplicate recommendations for Databases instead of the expected Account recommendation.

👍 Expected behavior

When navigating to the docs and using the search box, the recommendation should show Account as the first suggestion, not Databases.

👎 Actual Behavior

A search box in the docs shows Databases twice instead of Account as the first recommendation.
