🔖 Enhancement description

Currently, the assistant gives a response in markdown formatting, but frontend just shows it without rendering it in markdown format.

Use library like svelte-markdown to render the output correctly.

This was fixed in here - appwrite/console#1561.
Closing this, feel free to re-open or create a new issue on correct repository if the issue persists :)
