Job story

When a developer needs to integrate with a SAAS application, they would like to have a native connector so that they do not need to learn how to authenticate or configure the request body of the SAAS API.

Solution

Integrate with an Integration provider that has productised SAAS integrations to simplify authentication and request configuration.

Below are the epics for this project:

Define the Integration provider
Preview Give feedback

Make it possible to measure users' and customers' interest on the new integrations
Preview Give feedback

Launch the pilot integrations (the most requested - Salesforce, JIRA, Slack)
Preview Give feedback
