How to decide camera distance in render_360.py?

I render the pose from my video after preprocessing using the pretrained checkpoint. However I found that when I render poses in different frames, some poses are too small and some are too large to show.

I think I should change the following number in render_360.py to set the proper camera distance.

Is there any way to set the proper camera distance automatically?
