Add register_table method to datafusion python bindings

I'm working on adding documentation to delta-rs for querying a DeltaTable with datafusion. In Rust, the ctx.register_table method is used but i dont see this exposed in the datafusion python api.

I would like to be able to use ctx.register_table in python so that i can query DeltaTable with datafusion.
