Add fields for custom Good / Bad Feelings #57

The character sheet in the book has empty fields for 2 Good and 2 Bad Feelings. These are necessary in order to play YOUNG or OLD characters, or for custom feeling that may come up during the game. Please consider adding those to the sheet.
