Sphinx error: Builder name github not registered or available through entry point

Hi,
Thank you for this project. This worked beautifully for GitHub Pages integrations on my Linux machine.

Situations have required the use of a Windows machine and I am nearly cloned and able to commit changes to my repo using this project. Unfortunately, I am no longer able to build sending .\make github to build the proper html pages when using sphinx with GitHub pages.

The error produced Sphinx error: Builder name github not registered or available through entry point

I am not exactly sure where I need to start troubleshooting.
Do changes need to occur in the Makefile and Make.bat file or does this project only work with MacOS and Linux machines?
