[▶️PL] Add an indicator to show that the hosts have loaded (old title method)

Old builds werent showing the episode title until it loaded the hosts which I really liked as a feature.
Now it takes longer to load the hosts since it looks like a new behavior has been implemented that makes the episode start at the same time as the hosts menu is working. Which is a bad feature for me or people with old phones.

Instead of doing this, how does changing the video tracks icon from greyed out to enabled when hosts load
