iplant-groups as configured on grouper box does not auto-start #35

Docker processes did not start on grouper box after deploy-all, look into this, do we need an iplant-groups systemctl entry?

had to
[root@dfc-de-grouper system]# docker-compose -f /etc/compose.yaml up -d iplant_groups
