NIP 14 / 44 / 59 Support

Would love support for the above NIPs to make the new gift-wrapped messaging protocol available in dart_nostr.
Will happily offer a bounty of 0.5 million sats for successful implementation within the next 2 weeks.

The cryptography is beyond me unfortunately, otherwise I'd attempt a PR myself.

Hey @PatrickGeyer I am not sure if this package is activly mainained anymore.
However I am working with frnandu on https://pub.dev/packages/ndk an we have nip44 support, still some work to get gift-wrapped going but crypto is there.
