Steam deck: black screen after update patch 3.0

After starting the game there is a black screen and that's it :(

same for me (linux) different versions of wine staging and dxvk don't fix it

I got the same, was able to resolve it by updating to latest version (1.10.0) and repairing game files.

Same here, just update the launcher and repair game files.

Theoretically you could update the launcher before downloading the new version and then you wouldn't have to repair.

How do you update the Launcher? I'm not seeing an option to do it manually and it clearly didn't do so automatically because it's still using the last patch's launcher background.

With whatever package manager you installed it with. Or if you are just using the official release binary, then just download the new binary from https://github.com/an-anime-team/the-honkers-railway-launcher/releases/tag/1.10.0.

Click a gear icon near the Launch button -> scroll down -> Click "Repair game"
