docker-compose build hangs when adding new js/css files

Hey - cool project, thanks for making!

I am trying to add functionality of d3js and other themes but it seems whenever I add a js or css file the docker-compose build just hangs on the step

Step 11/17 : RUN chown -R slides /revealjs

and i have no idea why. Some people suggested it's a chrome issue but if i just stick with the original config it builds instantaneously.
