Description
A list of ingested files and status is necessary to display ingestion status and progress.

Detail
In order to have an insight into the ingestion process, a display of ingestion status per datasource is necessary. The list should be searchable and paginatable. Display of the list should respect the datasource permissions.

Acceptance Criteria

• A page displaying ingestion status.
• The list is searchable by file name.
• List is only visible of user has permission to read from that datasource.
